An attempt to keep on track in the battle for better fitness. Also thoughts on mid-life motherhood, getting older, life, and whatever else crosses my mind.
It's a miracle - 2 days in a row of eating right, sleeping almost enough and exercising a bit. Sugars are marvelous as a result and I dropped a pound! I see blogger is about to go down for some work, so I'll try to come back later.
